We are currently looking for a D&A Platforms Domain Owner Corporate in Portugal.

In this position, you will lead a Scrum Team that is responsible to deliver the bottom up roadmap and co-own the development and deployment of a sustainable and agile DWH solution (DPaaS) that serves all verticals of the global analytics organization, and is highly aligned with customer requirements and needs. The scope covers either markets/regions, or a global function/set of global functions (e.g. B2C, B2B, Enablement Functions, Engagement Functions).

**You will**:

- Lead the development and deployment of DPaaS services and data foundation, which will happen via Scrum teams consisting of members throughout the company or external under the supervision of this position.
- Build and motivate a top performing team, ready to take on new challenges, delivering DWH solutions efficiently, in an agile framework, partnering across the organization (Consumer and Commercial, Operations, IT, GBS, markets, etc.).
- Lead and support the scrum team of Tech Leads/Data Engineers/Data Modeler/Analysts, to develop and deploy in line with the overall DPaaS roadmap. This will be based on demand, that is due to the variety of partners (Markets, Functions, Regions...) and the underlying complexity.
- Ensure a close collaboration with the Engineering and Architecture pillars, as well as with D&A Strategy in order to continue and accelerate the digitalization, automation and data democracy within PMI using DPaaS.
- Ensure an end to end global ownership to DWH solutions, which includes being instrumental in building the case, securing funding, aligning objectives with markets, regions and functions, driving alignment with markets, contributing to the data foundation roadmap delivery.
- Help translate the business BI and analytics use cases into a comprehensive data foundation roadmap. Drive the data foundation roadmap, and ensure the development and deployment together with Architecture, Engineering and D&A Strategy.
- Be one of the trusted sparring partners to the Global Head D&A Platforms & Services -1's to drive the data and analytics transformation in an inclusive and impactful way
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic mentorship and thought leadership on data and analytics strategy and standard methodologies.
- Proactively anticipate business needs for DWH solutions, build a flexible structure that can be improved in an agile manner and is scalable.
- Contribute to the transformation of the Global/Regional/Local Insights & Analytics function at PMI to become more data-driven, agile, and seamlessly integrated in business decision making.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 3-5 years experience leading a BI and Analytics or DWH team
- 8-10 years experience in FMCG business
- Track record of having built or being an integral part in the development of a successful BI or DWH solution at PMI, ideally in developed RRP market
- Experienced with delivering multiple, holistic BI or DWH products to a variety of partners
- Experience with working with the Agile/Scrum framework
- Good understanding of D&A value chain, primarily in data architecture, engineering, and platform services - with a proven track record of success in leading complex platform deployment projects and teams.
- Experience of leading in the unknown, envisioning for the future while being able to translate the direction in tangible steps and concrete deliverables/results.
