We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Consumer team in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a KAM you’ll be responsible for expanding our business in Portugal and driving the transition to Smart Lighting.

What you’ll do- Have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution.- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key accounts.- Coordinate the involvement of Signify personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, customer satisfaction (NPS) and strategic objectives in assigned key accounts.- Maximizes sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of wallet.

Your qualifications- A Bachelor or Master degree, fluent English and a strong understanding of the Portugal consumer market with Native or Negotiation level Portuguese. Highly valued Fluency in Spanish.- Professional experience developing thriving, long-term relationships within the Portugal retail/channel model.- The ability to perform with skilled precision and impact; strong analytical skills and the ability to translate learning into real-world strategies.- Disruptive, creative ideas that challenge the norm and create success in an emerging market.- A positive and professional team-player attitude, along with self-motivation and an inherent desire to achieve clearly defined goals.
