- Your mission is to build work closely with our business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches to achieve shared organizational objectives.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the key stakeholders to establish the HR Business Partner as a primary point of contact for all People related topics.-
- Act as a hands-on business partner, advising on People-related topics and providing the needed support and solutions to the teams.-
- Drive and execute the local People strategy aligned with the Business strategy, anticipating issues, building and delivering solutions to enhance engagement in our teams and drive performance.-
- Advise, support, develop and coach our managers in leading and developing their teams.-
- Work in partnership with the different areas in the People Team to create a two-way information flow with the teams and leaders.Your Skills and Experience:
- + 10 years of professional experience.-
- Previous experience working for Internet, or Software companies in an international environment.-
- + 5 years of previous experience as a Senior HR Business Partner with generalist HR knowledge and strong change management and strategic competencies.-
- High level of emotional intelligence as well as good coaching, communication, and conflict management skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with the People team, leaders, and managers.-
- A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment.-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology or a similar area.-
- C2 English Level- Why wait?
