**Função**:
Assegurar a gestão de uma carteira de processos com vista à recuperação judicial e extrajudicial de crédito, em consonância com os processos e procedimentos da empresa e em representação desta.
**Requisitos**
- Licenciado em Direito;
- Conhecimentos de processo executivo e insolvências;
- Orientação para trabalhar por objetivos, proatividade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Inglês e Excel.
**Responsabilidades**
- Prática de advocacia no âmbito da recuperação judicial de créditos;
- Acompanhamento de ações judiciais e tramitação inerente à Prática de advocacia no âmbito da recuperação judicial de créditos;
- Assegurar a resposta atempada aos prazos judiciais;
- Assegurar o acompanhamento judicial e extra-judicial da recuperação da dívida;
- Manter informação actualizada no Sistema, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas de _compliance_ e quaisquer outros regulamentos;
**Experiência**
Entre 1 a 3 anos em funções similares.
