**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
As HR Development Consultant you are actively consulting our internal customers and are responsible for conceptualization, design and implementation of the customer requirement (e.g. front end mockups) together with the development Lead to further develop and optimize existing solutions.

Responsible for the IT PMO within the HR Digitalization Program with focus on management of the centres of competence (CoCs) incl. strategic-aligned for testing, IT security, quality and UX through activity planning / action tracking / resource management / contracting and stakeholder management. Tracking and adherence to central process requirements as well as the budget targets of the HR digitalization program.

- Experience:

- Language: very good English skills both written and spoken
- Educational Qualifications: degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification.
