**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Advisor**, you will:

- Grow a deep understanding of the product, both on hardware & software
- Help customers understand and use the product’s powerful features to the fullest
- Troubleshoot, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems.
- Own customer technical and repair issues, working with internal teams and partners to ensure rapid & high-quality issue resolution
- Forward your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions and optimizing and develop processes to improve customer success

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:

- Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning electric bikes
- Have proficient PC skills
- Are a team player with excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
- Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations and a keen sense of technical curiosity
