**Função**:

- Atendimento e apoio aos utilizadores finais;
- Suporte, configurações e resolução de incidentes, nomeadamente ao nível de:

- 1. Ferramentas MS Office;
- 2. _Software_ / _Hardware _de periféricos da organização;
- 3. Formatação e instalação de postos de trabalho;
- 4. Rede de cliente.
