**What can you expect?**
Our goal is to coach talented people aligned with our culture and values to be integrated in our teams at the end of the programme.
From day one you’ll have the opportunity to experience hands-on a real-life project situation integrated in one of our teams.
During the selection phase we will assess your skills and preferences to match you with one of our projects working as a software engineer.
As part of a team you will contribute actively to all stages of software life cycle development from design, specification, implementation, testing and deployment providing technical expertise but also critical and constructive insight.
A tutor will be available to coach you, help you build your personal training and development plan and give you regular feedback on your progress.
This is an opportunity to experience a multinational and multicultural environment.
Depending on the project you can have a short international experience in one of our offices in Europe.

**Who are we looking for?**
Recently graduated (less than 2 years professional experience) in one of the following areas:
Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems and TI:
- Solid knowledge of object oriented programming languages and development frameworks;- Good understanding of software engineering lifecycle and architecture principles;- SQL and Data Modelling.Beyond any hard skills you might bring we are looking for people that are:
