**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Assegurar a implementação da estratégia e políticas da empresa.
- Coordenar os processos de recrutamento e seleção de A a Z, elaboração de entrevistas em colaboração com os Responsáveis.
- Employer Branding: Estabelecer contacto com empresas, parceiros externos, universidades e escolas profissionais de interesse.
- Gerir o ciclo de vida dos colaboradores, desde a admissão até à saída.
- Ser responsável pela comunicação interna e mediação de conflitos laborais.
- Gerir a comunicação interna e externa (com a assessoria de RH) de todas as alterações organizativas (entradas, saídas, mudanças de função, promoções, centros de custo ).
- Efetuar a gestão e implementação de alterações na legislação laboral e contrato coletivo de trabalho, em colaboração com o apoio legal.
- Assegurar e desenvolver diversos processos de RH, incluindo follow-up, entrevistas de saída, elaboração de descritivos funcionais e organogramas
- Realizar o levantamento das necessidades de formação dos colaboradores, em conjunto com os diretores da empresa.
- Identificar potenciais parceiros/fornecedores de formação.
- Organizar, planear e implementar ações de formação internas.
- Colaborar na elaboração de orçamentos relacionados com RH.
- Desenvolver e colaborar em projetos e programas específicos de RH, incluindo iniciativas do grupo a nível internacional e local.
- Supervisionar o sistema de gestão de tempos (Visual Time) e a gestão de todas ausências (férias, baixas, faltas ).
- Preparar e supervisionar a folha de pagamento e toda a documentação necessária para o Payroll, em colaboração com parceiro externo.
- Apoiar na gestão do processo de auditoria interna e externa de RH.
- Apoiar, sempre que necessário, os serviços de medicina e segurança no trabalho para os colaboradores da empresa, em articulação com a equipa de HSST de Espanha e parceiro local.
- Esclarecer dúvidas aos colaboradores sobre o funcionamento dos sistemas da empresa, folha de pagamento, etc.
- Assegurar todas as tarefas operacionais e administrativas do departamento, relacionadas com os processos supracitados.
**Requisitos**:
- Habilitações ao nível do ensino superior em Psicologia das Organizações, Social e do Trabalho, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou similares;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
- Nível avançado de espanhol é fundamental (inglês é um plus);
- Experiência prévia em SAP Sucess Factors (valorizável);
- Excelentes conhecimentos do código do trabalho e da legislação laboral portuguesa é fundamental;
- Bons conhecimentos de Office 365 (e.g. Excel);
- Excelentes competências de comunicação, com a capacidade de interagir com pessoas em todos os níveis da organização;
- Espírito de equipa, colaboração e entreajuda.;
- Perfil responsável, autónomo e organizado;
- Interesse em trabalhar num ambiente multinacional, com diferentes interlocutores.
