**Job Title: Commercial Property Manager**

**Location: Dublin, Ireland**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Tenant Relations**:
Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular tenant meetings to discuss property-related matters and gather feedback.

**Lease Management**:
Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.

**Property Maintenance**:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations.

Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards.

**Financial Management**:
Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Review and approve property-related invoices and expenses.

**Market Analysis**:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

Make recommendations for rental adjustments based on market conditions.

**Contractor and Vendor Management**:
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain property standards.

Negotiate and manage contracts for property services.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to property management.

Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

**Reporting**:
Generate regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and occupancy rates.

Provide updates to senior management as required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Proven experience in commercial property management.

Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in property management software.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to speak English and Portuguese

**Female Applicant preferred.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: From 4.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Portuguese (required)

Ability to Relocate:
