We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a **German Travel Advisor.**

**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Assist customers while online booking of hotels, holiday packages and other travel-related services
- Telephone booking of services / sales (for incoming customer calls only)
- Provide helpful and effective service for both “in travel” and “post travel” concerns
- Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English
- Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
- Communication Virtuoso
- Empathy Expert
- **Experience or Interest in Tourism and Hospitality, Travel**
