Finance Business Partner

**What's in it for you**:
The purpose of this role is to be a key and close partner to the Network team, providing insightful, accurate and timely finance information and decision support to all involved stakeholders (Board; Technology Team; Finance, Vodafone Group Functions ), proactively driving financial plans and decisions towards Vodafone goals.
**What you’ll do**:
- Responsible end to end for the finance support of the Network Development team, being a very close business partner, supporting decision-making, ensuring high quality, robust, clear, and actionable plans and recommendations.
- To drive Capital Allocation (CAPEX) processes and Operational Expenses (OPEX) efficiency, through a better understanding of the operations of the Company, particularly related with the Networks.
- To prepare and defend Budget and Forecasts, challenging inputs and developing high-quality, ambitious but realistic financial plans based on in-depth business knowledge and in close collaboration with the Networks Team.
- To identify main variations to plans, the trends and respective drivers, proposing remediations and risk mitigation actions whenever required.
- To conduct ad-hoc project appraisals and analysis on various topics as required.
**Who you are**:
- Master Degree in Management, Finance or Economics.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in Finance.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to project manage and to handle various projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
- Be constantly curious and ask the right questions.
- Advanced excel and MSOffice tools user.
- Fluency in English.
