**What you will do**:
As part of our Research & Development team you will be THE growth driver behind Emma’s new and innovative products.

You will define product specifications to fulfil the highest quality of Emma products with the highest efficiency of production process.

You will run frequent deep dives to reveal business opportunities and find interesting niches by anticipating trends that help you prioritize your key levers.

You will manage the collaboration with international suppliers by developing the best products in the shortest time frames.

You will work on successful launching of new products throughout different markets and countries.

You will define and execute the right growth strategy by crafting and correctly positioning the new products and initiatives.

You will be looking for opportunities for growth outside of the status quo and building new scalable business cases based on your ideas.

**What we are looking for**:
You have successfully completed your studies bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong achievements.

You have experience in business development or engineering preferably within a start/scale-up environment.

You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner.

You are fascinated by sleep, foam, springs and fast scalable business models.

You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team.

You are curious and hungry to learn. You are relentless in pursuit of growth.

You are fluent in English, German or Spanish will be a plus
