How will You Contribute and Drive Success?
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and exemplify best practices in business development. Strategically position Unit4 within target verticals, ensuring successful outreach and engagement with target personas.
- Collaborative Excellence: Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments for cohesive strategy execution, especially in pre-event outreach and follow-up.
- Performance Management: Monitor and review team performance, providing structured feedback and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and best practice sharing
- Progressive Leadership: Support the onboarding of new team members and drive the professional growth of the team, leading by example in achieving personal and team targets.

**Qualifications**
What Skills and Experience Do We Seek?
- Experience: 3+ year in business development, lead generation, or sales. Experience in SaaS or Tech industries is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English and effective communication across multiple channels.
- Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the target market and sales processes.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on customer engagement with a performance-driven approach.
- Learning and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and face challenges head-on.
- Proactive Approach: Independence in actions with a balance of team collaboration and success.
- Sales Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the sales, discovery, and qualification processes.
