Job title: Business Development LeadLocation: Lisbon Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)The Business Development Lead will be in charge of the origination and business development of the onshore projects in Portugal, reporting to the Country Manager.The Green Recruitment Company is working with an Investment Fund with more than 80GW of projects under development to lead the Business Development activities in Portugal.Responsibilities include: Negotiating co-development agreements.Origination and acquisition of new projects.Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.Coordination and liaison with stakeholders.Budget compliance and deviation control.Lead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.Supervising contracts along with risk management, quality assurance and document and cost control.Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.Fluency in English and availability to travel is a requirement.In conclusion, be part of an organisation to drive the renewable energy revolution and contribute to a sustainable future.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the role to Guillermo Camarasa ( ****** )#J-18808-Ljbffr
