We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents.

The company has a strong presence in the USA, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East, with a highly skilled team of software engineers and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of contacts among high-level decision-makers, and experience in the Telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales goals by selling innovative solutions to new customers.
- Arranging and conducting meetings with customers and following up to generate business.
- Market: USA, Europe, Japan, Middle East.
- Keeping up-to-date with the companys products and solutions.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Opening new accounts, identifying new opportunities, and bringing recurring business streams to the company.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active sales experience in the Telecom industry for the past 5+ years.
- Strong networking abilities with direct contacts among high-level decision-makers in selected accounts.
- MVNO Network and strong international knowledge.
- A hunter mentality, with a proven track record of securing new accounts and closing new deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building strong rapport with everyone.
- Solid discipline and method in sales and business development.
- Strong personal values: integrity, honesty, loyalty, creativity, courage, and a purpose-driven mindset.
The company offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as robust personal and professional growth support.
