**About the Finance Assistant position**:
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team - this team includes two members & external partners and directs all activities ensuring the company’s sustainable growth, while supervising costs and resources, reporting to the COO.

**_What you will do_**

We are looking for a reliable Financial Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll, and contribute to financial reporting by providing accurate and data based information.

Here is a list of the main responsibilities for this role:

- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed;
- Keep updated and organized records;
- Support general accounting management & requests;
- Prepare payments (suppliers, taxes, payroll, etc.);
- Support monthly payroll;
- Support track and reconciliation of bank statements;
- Support month-end closing and time critical activities;
- Support in Cash Management (keep records updated, support in reforcasting);
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial data (budgets, revenue, cashflow, etc);
- Assist in the analysis of costs deviations;
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of periodic reports & KPIs, dashboards and financial templates;
- General administrative support, such as: collect and archive administrative documents, prepare & analyze contracts.

**_ Who you are_**
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role;
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions);
- Familiarity with finance software (e.g. PHC);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Orientation towards data and performance analysis;
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Ease of communication;
- Proactive profile in problem solving;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- BSc degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or Economics

Compensation package:

- Annual salary range: [21.000€ - 25.200€]
