Nexial is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic startup environment. As a Junior Product Assistant, you will play a crucial support role in various tasks related to project and product management, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Junior Product Assistant will be responsible for **providing valuable support** in the following tasks:

- Writing user stories and maintaining detailed product documentation.
- Contributing to the ongoing update of the product roadmap.
- Managing end-to-end processes of hiring and monitoring freelancers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of their work.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of project plans, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Organizing and maintaining company documents, manuals, and guides.
- Creating and organizing materials on SharePoint.
- Coordinating and organizing company-wide activities.
- Updating and maintaining company websites using WordPress.
- Collaborating with suppliers, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Assisting in the development and update of presentations and marketing materials as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with website management platforms, including WordPress.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a startup setting.
- Exposure to project or product management tasks is a plus.
