**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In your role as (Senior) Program Manager - Service Execution withinAccounting Services, you need to have a background in project/programmanagement, are familiar with software/tool selection, implementation and(continous) process improvements techniques, an affinity for accounting/financeoperations, speaks process (re-)design, as well as having a technical andcommercial mindset.

**How You’ll Make anImpact**
- Process Ownership & Leadership
- You will work onhigh-profile projects directly for the Head of Accounting Services (AS)globally.
- You take ownership ofprojects, you will be responsible for initiating, managing, and completingcomplex projects to ensure that the AS organisation can consistently operate atthe highest possible level. It is within your responsibility to identify,enable, operate and maintain tools and processes to allow the ASCs to do so.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- You build strongpartnerships to win the trust of our stakeholders through respectful, agile,accountable behavior when interacting with colleagues, customers, partners andSiemens Energy local and global communities.
- You listen actively andare continuously focused on the stakeholder requests, managing complex anduncertain operational issues, while decisively moving forward in takingownership of decisions.
- Escalations & Proactive ProcessImprovement
- With your relevantexperience, you actively support the Head of Accounting Services in continouslyimprove the organisations efficiency and effectivness.
- You understand projectdynamics, know how to manage stakeholers and are aware that time sensitivitymatters.
- Proactive processcontributions and exercise curiosity and creativity in promoting andfacilitating improvement ideas or other value-added solutions.
- You will work closelytogether with the Function Leads globally to develop operational skills andensure AS' tools and processes are optimized for day-to-day operationalaccounting.
- You will be activelycontributing to our strategy, using innovation as a personal growth driver.
- Process improvement
- You are activelyinvolved in proposing, coordinating, and leading continuous improvementinitiatives as well as finance transformation projects.
- Contributing andengaging in standardizing and automating our workflows, accounting processesand our cross-functional processes throughout Accounting and related teams.
- You support the implementationand continuous update of documentation for existing and new processes.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Track record of successfully implemented process improvement projects
- Extensive process and project management tool and technique knowledge
- Very good understanding of (operational) accounting processes
- Project management qualification is a plus
- Very good MS-Office skills
- You are open and communicative in nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile

You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting Services, and as such arebeing part of both the local finance community as well as an internationalnetwork of accounting experts.
