Our focus, over more than 30 years of presence in Portugal, is to deliver optimal real estate solutions and professional advice to companies of all business sectors.
Due to our growing strategy, we are looking to hire a Senior Consultant for the Advisory & Transaction - Occupier team.What shall we deliver to our clients?Our client representation in Transactional Services, comprehends the following main tasks:
- A complete office market knowledge and advise;
- Deeply understand of the client’s business, real estate needs and potential value propositions, interacting with all CBRE team to create the best solution for each case;
- Define an appropriate strategy to achieve the best results;
- Strategy execution on behalf of our clients and reporting trough the negotiation of office lease acquisitions, renewals, surrenders, among others;
- Contract negotiation in collaboration with the client’s legal team;
- Delivery of an exceptional final outcome;
- Manage the client’s relationship and find new business opportunities.

What skills are we looking for?- Graduated in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar;
- At least 2 years of professional experience (experience in the real estate sector is a plus);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written). Other language skills is a plus;
- Interest in Commercial Real Estate and high commercial, communication and digital skills;
- High interest in IT tools and control of MS Office apps (excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Team player with a dynamic, organized, responsible and ambitious profile.
