**Description**:
BRAINR is looking for a talented Head of Customer Solutions. This position involves overseeing the successful implementation of complex software projects and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation processes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in engineering and a passion for technological advancements in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pre-Sales Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand manufacturing processes and client needs; prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations; develop customized proposals and respond to technical inquiries.
- Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee the deployment of our MES software for new clients from start to finish; develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively; ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Team Management and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing customer solutions team; promote a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; represent BRAINR at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Bring**
- Experience leading projects with a proven track record in managing complex software implementations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- In-depth knowledge of industry digitization and industrial processes, particularly in the food sector.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Background in industrial engineering or process engineering.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule to accommodate client go-lives, including weekends if necessary.
- Written and spoken English
