**Chief of Staff/Executive Household Manager (Travelling Position)**:
Location: Worldwide

We are looking for the Chief of Staff to manage the day-to-day operations of an in-person team of assistants (Chef, Cleaner, Personal Assistant, Dog Bodyworker, Driver, etc). They all support the mission & vision of an entrepreneur, named Justin, who runs his business while traveling from country to country (Switzerland, Indonesia, Canada, USA, Croatia, etc). The Chief of Staff will ensure he has the much-needed peace of mind everywhere he goes, must be **comfortable with constant travel, and ideally has a background in hospitality management.**

**About Justin & his team**:
When you travel with Justin, you will quickly learn that although he is your 'boss', he is also someone who will treat you like family. You will often find yourself at the dinner table with him and his friends (successful entrepreneurs, caring human beings & sadhaks) traveling to spiritual sanctuaries, and in conversation about all things life and entrepreneurship. In addition to working alongside Justin, you will also be surrounded by his full-time, traveling, in-person team This includes another sidekick, a chef, a cleaner, and a dog bodyworker (yes, you got it right, we have a traveling bodyworker for Ringo). He also employs virtual staff to assist with administrative functions.

You will always have good company nearby ‍️

**Location**: Anywhere/Everywhere in the world (constant travel required).

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day to day operations of the staff house (at changing locations) - for ex. make sure they follow the checklists when doing their tasks, assign duties & schedules etc.
- Supporting Justin to ensure that everything runs smoothly - for ex. contacting the hotel before arrival to ensure that all accommodations (wi-fi, air conditioning, lighting, etc.) are set up according to his preferences so that he is best able to work.
- Communicating directly with staff while displaying strong emotional intelligence - for ex. you will be the person who is the point of contact between Justin and his team. It will be your responsibility to deliver communications, give direction to the team and maintain an orderly environment.
- Managing new and ongoing projects - project management experience is essential.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff and outside contacts.
- Maintaining and supporting a positive & driven team culture.
- Training, advising and mentoring staff.

**Work schedule**: 5/2**:
This is a 5 day a week position with the flexibility required to take days off as suitable to the team schedule.

- Must possess 3+ years of experience managing staff in a hospitality setting.
- Demonstrable experience managing high-profile projects.
- Has an exceptional level of emotional intelligence when dealing with others.
- Is a proactive and highly adaptable person.
- Is highly responsible, trustworthy, reliable, resourceful, and is a self-starter.
- Is composed: sudden schedule changes do not overwhelm you.
- Is a great team player and a ton of fun
