**Função**:

- Liderar a equipa e identificar e desenvolver talentos
- Minimizar os riscos financeiros e trabalhar em colaboração com as atividades da empresa e a Tesouraria Grupo
- Manter estruturas bancárias otimizadas e estabelecer contatos com organizações financeiras
- Melhorar a gestão da tesouraria a longo prazo, implementando processos internos e gestão de KPIs
- Garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos de controlo interno e participar na deteção e prevenção de fraudes
- Envolver-se nos processos de fecho mensal e anual, reconciliando contas e declarando posições de financiamento
- Implementar projetos de tesouraria do grupo/local e gerir atividades de cobertura e financiamento
- Supervisionar e planear fluxos de caixa, assegurando a liquidez e a gestão diária da tesouraria
- Manter relações externas e internas, incluindo contato com auditores e bancos

**Perfil**:

- Forte orientação para resultados e resolução de problemas
- Competências analíticas e organizacionais
- Capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa
- Conhecimentos de tesouraria, gestão de riscos e princípios de contabilidade
- Experiência com IFRS e GAAP locais
- Interesse por automatização e digitalização
