We are part of the Modeling & Analytics Module with teams located in Porto, Aarhus and Chennai. The Quality Sub Module is responsible for promoting the quality throughout the value chain, with the responsibility to create processes and metrics that support the different teams and the stakeholders. One of the main keys in the team is to help other sub-modules inside Modelling & Analytics to implement the best practices of the market and tools of quality adapted to their objectives and KPIs, to ensure the right delivery at the first time, this is the mindset from Vestas Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Build, develop and follow across all sub module processes and quality measures
- Create a base of knowledge of quality best practices, adapted to each team. Have a Test management role in all moments of the SDLC or even during an project
- Assist the PI(Product Increment) Team in the definition of tests strategies, create a plan for each cycle and be responsible for the implementation/follow-up of the plan during the cycle
- Implement metrics and KPIs of products quality

**Qualifications**
- BA degree in Science, Technology or Engineering.
- Experience in Quality Assurance teams for a minimum of 6 years executing test scripts, writing test plans, and designing test cases
- Experience in the role of Test Manager in Agile Projects
- Ability to participate in requirement and documentation review
- Ability to use risk management to improve the Quality Process
- Expertise with continuous deployment systems
- Familiar with Agile and scaled agile frameworks(SAFE) is a valuable asset
- Experience in Automation hands-on is advantageous
- Experience in using the DFMEA system is advantageous
- ISTQB or similar quality certifications are advantageous

- Have good problem-solving skills
- Passionate for delivering quality and defending the end-user perspective
- Should be highly collaborative in a multi-function environment
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Great knowledge of the English language
