Support the AeroData team during the peak summer flight season. Analyse AIS publications (AIPs and NOTAMs) to identify areas of operational critical information and maintain NJ operational databases up-to-date, to ensure the quality of the aeronautical and airport databases.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Constant monitoring of aeronautical information published via NOTAM or AIP to assess impact to flight operations and respective implementation into the operations systems;
- Maintain up-to-date the company operational databases with operational data required for flight operations;
- Contact airport managers, city or county officials, or other parties to obtain documents necessary for NJE operations

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering

**Certifications and Licenses**:

- 0-2 years of experience

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:

- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent/relevant experience;
- Dispatcher experience (preferred);
- Minimum 6 months of experience in aviation industry;
- Operational knowledge of different types of aircraft;
- Good proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
