Unternehmen: Unser Kunde ist ein Unternehmen, das refurbished Elektronikprodukte verkauft. Es bietet gebrauchte Smartphones, Laptops und andere Geräte zu günstigen Preisen an. Die Produkte sind getestet und in gutem Zustand. Der Kunde fördert Nachhaltigkeit, indem er hilft, Elektronikabfall zu reduzieren.Als Kundenbetreuer werden Sie:

- **Unterstützen Sie Kunden über eingehende Anrufe, Chat oder E-Mail im After-Sales-Prozess**, indem Sie Anfragen zu Reservierungen beantworten und auf potenzielle Wünsche eingehen.
- **Pflegen Sie eine starke Kundenbeziehung**, indem Sie deren Anfragen und Anliegen kompetent bearbeiten.
- **Lösen Sie Probleme mit Produkten oder Dienstleistungen**, indem Sie die Beschwerden der Kunden klären.
- **Stellen Sie genaue, gültige und vollständige Informationen bereit**, indem Sie die richtigen Methoden und Werkzeuge nutzen.

Wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt und Vergütungssystem (inkl. Essenszuschuss):

- **1010€ brutto x 14 Monate -** Grundgehalt
- **Bis zu 140€ brutto monatlicher **Leistungsbonus
- **Essenszuschuss: 7**,23€ netto/Tag **(ca. 145€ netto/Monat in einer Gutscheinkarte)**:

- **Fahrtkostenzuschuss: 20€ / Monat**
