**What you will do in this role**

As a Customer Representative, you will:

- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
