At Lindt Iberia we are looking for a **Sales Support** **to join our Sales team in Portugal.

As Sales Support you will give support to the Accounts in terms of reporting, analysis and follow up of actions. Also helping to lead with small accounts.

As a part of your main responsibilities will be:

- Support the Sales Team managing the day to day business for all the Accounts.
- Lead small projects within key accounts/ main channels under the guidance of the NAM.
- Responsible for organizing, analysing and produce local reports & presentations with data from available sources (i.e., follow up price & promo; sell out & coverage; product distribution).
- Direct support to the Head of Portugal in special projects, helping to develop a macro view and knowledge of the business in Portugal.
- Develop activity sheets & be in contact with the Field Team.
- Online Champion (Work the Click2Mortar in our customers).
- Work with an International Cross-Functional Team from different departments (Sales, Marketing etc) on a daily basis.

**Experience & tools**
- Experience in Field or other commercial departments (Trade & Marketing).
- Proficiency in office tools, specially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Degree (Bsc, Msc or similar) in Business Area. Management, Economics preferred.
