**Global Relationship & Partnerships Executive** ( x2 Vacancies)

If you are looking for a new professional challenge, within sales and would like to work in a people-oriented and dynamic company. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Relationship & Partnerships Executive to help us expand our clientele.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing and new clients.

This role works closely with our dynamic global business development & partnerships team to drive quality engagement with the Global Student Living (GSL) brand through an international programme of meaningful, high-impact events and activities including the GSL Live conference, Investor Summits, Net-Zero and Wellbeing Taskforces, and our core product - the Global Student Living Index.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
- Makes sure clients received rested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicate client’s needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Assist on the management of projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunity to grow business with existing and new clients

Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English and other European language
- Student Housing or Shared living Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
