**About the job**

To be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests in terms of Cash Management product administration, technical maintenance and user support, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest

**Your Main Activities Are**

Handles Cash Management product administration (main contact: Cash Management Officer) which encompasses the setup of CM contracts, collecting and maintaining client documentation and cooperating with IT teams on the implementation of new functionalities or products

Writes 1st drafts of cash-management contracts on the basis of local or Group templates

Follow up of the implementation of new functionalities or products in the payments or reporting system and perform related User Acceptance Test (UAT) tasks in cooperation with IT teams

Collect and maintain documentation for CM clients, monitor pending documentation and perform client chasing

Provides clients with cash management support (main contacts: Client and Cash Management Officer) which encompasses supporting the client with the use of new products and coordinating with different teams to streamline processes and solve client issues and incidents

Set up new CM product for clients and help to resolve issues regarding registration and first steps of use of the products

As an expert for Client Support Teams, the officer is the second line of support for clients having a problem with one of their Electronic Banking system

Liaise with other internal parties as part of the value chain process (registration, KYC verification, etc.)

Inform clients of identified incidents and communicate with different 2nd level supports (including Connexis Cash Support) to solve incidents

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor Degree in Economy / Finance and/or Management

Advanced level of English, both written and oral

At least 2 years of experience in Banking / Client Service / Project / IT and/or Client Management

Communication skills, both oral and written

Organisational skills

LI-Hybrid
