**About the job**
- Managing the CIB HR Processes, like for example, Headcount monitoring & reporting, Deferred Compensation, Appraisal, 180º, GPS and Specific Population campaigns- Administration of the main HR tools for CIB, like for example, SPEAR, COHRA, Dibox, EdgaHR, Global Reporting, About Me, GPS, JAD- Represent CIB in meetings with the main interlocutors from Group HR**YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE**:
- Administration of SPEAR- Access management- Define the referential (CIB structure, countries & legal entities)- Production of dashboards & ad-hoc reporting- Responsible for the data quality- Set up of a strong control framework- Provide support to the Global Reporting CIB end users- Projects Setup and follow up of projects from the specifications up to the go live- Develop and enhance the current processes & services- Proposing improvements to better serve our clients**PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources- Fluency in English is required- #LI-Hybrid
