Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The role of a **Production Supervisor **is to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards of several Autonomous Production Groups (GAP).

The main missions of the role are to:

- Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated groups: Direct QCD initiatives; Drive actions for improvement; Manage Team Performance.
- Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team: Ensure daily team management; Develop the team and Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of production experience.
- Knowledge in Production Management, Quality Tools, HSE and Lean Manufacturing.
- Team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work by shifts.
