**Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis**: Identify, analyse, and evaluate the impact of local events, holidays, and seasonal changes on a market's demand to optimise pricing decisions.
- **Price Optimisation**: Develop and implement pricing strategies; adjust prices based on market conditions, including local events, holidays, and seasonal changes.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor specific pricing metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.), generate regular reports on pricing performance, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Experimental Analysis**: Conduct A/B testing experiments to analyse property performances, monitor results, and derive insights.
- **Collaboration with Markets**: Work with local teams to optimise the pricing strategy and gather feedback on pricing effectiveness.
- **Competitor Benchmarking**: Benchmark property prices against similar properties in the market and recommend adjustments to pricing based on comparative analysis.

**Requirements**:

- BA or MA in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing or similar.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate or property management would be a plus.
- Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret data, experience in using data analysis tools and software, proficient in Excel.
- Statistical knowledge: understanding of statistical concepts relevant to data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
