A _**Gateleven**_ é uma empresa de retalho, com mais de 25 anos, moderna e dinâmica que se dedica ao comércio das mais prestigiadas marcas internacionais, com um posicionamento premium e de luxo.

A nossa atividade distribui-se por três conceitos de lojas distintas - _Travel & Business_, _Fashion _e _Sports_, situadas em diversos pontos do país, nomeadamente nos Aeroportos de Portugal, bem como em lojas na cidade de Lisboa e Porto.

Estamos a recrutar um **Digital and Customer Care Junior, **reportando diretamente ao Responsável Marketing com a missão de assumir a posição de melhoria a imagem da empresa, fortalecendo a confiança do cliente e a sua fidelização.

- **Foco no Cliente e Serviço**: tem o foco em dar serviço e ao cliente de forma a fidelizar e ter a reputação da Gateleven como prioridade.
- **Detalhista**: tem atenção aos detalhes em cada momento e em cada cliente, de forma a poder dar um serviço de excelência.
- **Relacional**: tem um lado relacional muito forte e dedicado, dando primazia à reputação e confiabilidade junto de todos os intervenientes.
- **Que responsabilidades atribuímos?**_
- **Customer Care**: Apoio nas reclamações de clientes de produtos com defeito/outro comprados nas nossas lojas e reclamações de clientes de marcas que a Gateleven trabalha, ajudando o cliente a contactar a marca diretamente.
- **Serviço de Assistência Técnica**:Apoio e gestão de clientes nas lojas online, de contatos nas redes sociais e apoio e gestão de clientes no GateOutlet, gerindo o CRM com apoio do Marketing.
- **Gestão de Clientes**: através de dados de clientes (CRM) e implementação de estratégia para retenção de clientes de forma a dar soluções de pós venda.
- **Social Media**:set up e pptimização de campanhas digitais estratégia de meios e formatos) e Redes Sociais + Google com a monitorização e gestão de dados.
- **Análise e **_**Report**:_relatórios e comunicação eficaz das acções a realizar e por realizar, de forma a poder atingir resultados e objetivos estipulados.
- **Que requisitos terás?**_
- **Experiência**: como em áreas relevantes, de pelo menos 1 a 2 anos, sendo valorizado o Retalho.
- **Académico**: preferencialmente curso profissional ou Licenciatura em áreas relevantes como Comunicação ou outras.
- **Idiomas**: Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em Português e Inglês. Outro idioma será um plus como Espanhol, Francês ou outro.
- **Comunicação**: excelência na comunicação, tanto oral como escrita, cuidada e assertiva de forma a assegurar a que mensagem é eficaz.
- **Foco na Solução**: Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e vontade de arregaçar as mangas para realizar o trabalho
- **Informática e Redes Sociais**: Excelentes conhecimentos de MS Office e facilidade de aprendizagem para temas informáticos e sistemas/plataformas de CRM assim como Redes Sociais.
