Join our Luxe Brand Activation team in the role of **Brand Activation Manager**.
**This position will have the following main responsibilities**:
- Represent a luxury brand in Portugal and represent Portugal in building its activation strategy.
- Prepare and implement high quality online and offline trade marketing plans, leveraging the brand's priority bets and developing a promotional investment strategy that maximizes market share.
- Analyse brand and market results to identify risks and opportunities and develop acceleration and/or recovery plans to achieve the brand's business objectives.
- Maximize business opportunities: Recommend and implement ad hoc development plans with partner clients to generate additional business.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (commercial, retail, education) to ensure consistency in brand development strategy in Portugal.
- Close partnership with Advocacy and PR Manager for alignment of strategic bets and activation of content in the media.
**The skills that you will need are**:
- MUST-HAVES: _
- Experience in operational marketing, namely in developing efficient campaigns, with focus and centricity on the consumer and customer.
- Good analytical skills, including market results analysis
- Ability to manage complexity and projects
- Results oriented and proactive in seeking additional business opportunities
- Sensitivity to the luxury metier, attention to detail and orientation towards service and experience
- Team spirit, good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders... In short, good energy
- You speak Portuguese and English. And if you can speak Spanish, that would be a plus.
- NICE TO HAVE:_
At least 3 years of experience relevant to the position. We would like to find someone with a profile that combines the ability to influence, autonomy, versatility, proactivity, initiative, analytical skills and teamwork.
