**Stellenbeschreibung**

Als Service Desk Agent sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für angebots
- und bedarfsbezogene Kundensupportanfragen für die deutschsprachigen Stakeholder des Unternehmens.

Der ideale Kandidat ist ein effektiver Kommunikator, ein analytischer Problemlöser und hat die Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu behaupten.

Portugal ist berühmt für sein warmes Wetter, und im Allgemeinen ist das Wetter in Portugal das ganze Jahr über warm. Je nachdem, wo Sie sich im Land niederlassen, werden Sie jedoch unterschiedliche Wetterbedingungen vorfinden. Wenn Sie sich zum Beispiel im Süden des Landes niederlassen, wird das Wetter viel heißer und trockener sein als im Norden Portugals, wo ein gemäßigteres Klima herrscht.

Wie in allen anderen Ländern werden Sie auch in Portugal regionale Unterschiede erleben, je nachdem, wo im Land Sie sich niederlassen. In Städten wie Lissabon und Porto werden Sie ein pulsierendes Stadtleben mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, historischen und kulturellen Angeboten erleben, während Sie auf dem Land kleine, gemütliche Dörfer vorfinden werden.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Sie verwalten eingehende Kundenkontakte und Eskalationen mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Proaktivität, um deren Bedürfnisse zu priorisieren und einzigartige Problemlösungen zu bieten.
- Sie sind für die Stakeholder Experience verantwortlich, indem Sie mit verschiedenen Helpdesks (zur Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung), Produktpartnern (sowohl vom Kunden als auch von Drittanbietern zertifiziert) und Quality Engineering Teams zusammenarbeiten.
- Koordinierung regelmäßiger Telefonate mit dem Kunden für Nachfüllungen und Upgrades von Produktzubehör.
- Bearbeitung von kundeneigenen und internen Serviceanfragen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen.
- Administrative Unterstützung bei der Bestätigung von Kundendaten und der Änderung falscher Informationen in der Kundendatenbank unserer Stakeholder.

**Qualifikationen**
- High-School-Diplom oder gleichwertiger Sekundarschulabschluss
- Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder in einer kundenorientierten Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Umfeld (bevorzugt)
- Enge Vertrautheit mit Computern und digitalen Netzwerkkonfigurationen. Einschließlich fortgeschrittener Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Office Suite.
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an die Zeitzone und den Terminkalender der lokalen Beteiligten.
- Erforderliche Sprachniveaus:

- Deutsch (C2: fließende Beherrschung der Sprache auf muttersprachlichem Niveau)
- Englisch (B1: Selbstständiges Arbeiten)
