Position: Japanese Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish business relationships with customers via phone
- Upselling and cross-selling while attending inbound calls of existing customers
- Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing
- Close inbound sales for B2C customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Japanese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Experience in sales, customer retention or customer service with up-selling and cross-selling
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
- Able to cover shift rotation
