**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als Head of Benefits & Pensions EMEA (w/m/d), um die Steuerung, Umsetzung und Administration von Benefits & Pensions Angeboten in der Region Europa, Naher Osten und Afrika (EMEA) zu verantworten.**

**Zusammenfassung der Position**

**Der/die Head of Benefits EMEA ist ein wichtiges Mitglied des Total Rewards-Teams, das für die Steuerung, Umsetzung und Administration von Benefits & Pensions Angeboten in der Region Europa, Naher Osten und Afrika (EMEA) zuständig ist. Diese Position spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Compliance unserer Benefits im Einklang mit den allgemeinen strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens. Der EMEA Benefits Manager wird mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Anbietern und dem Benefits Team zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Benefits Angebote zu optimieren.**

**Diese Position spielt auch eine ausschlaggebende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Gesamtvergütungsstrategie des Unternehmens und stellt sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeiter/innen in der Region wettbewerbsfähige und relevante Benefits erhalten. Durch eine effektive Administration von Benefits unter Berücksichtigung von aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorschriften tragen Sie zum allgemeinen Engagement unserer Mitarbeiter in der EMEA-Region bei.**

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Als Mitglied des Leitungsteam von Global Benefits & Pensions tragen Sie zur Entwicklung einer umfassenden Strategie für den Bereich auf globaler Ebene bei
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Leitung von Total Rewards EMEA bei der Entwicklung der regionalen Benefits-Strategie zusammen
- Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Benefits & Pensions Portfolios verantwortlich, inkl. der Entwicklung und Förderung von Wellbeing-Initiativen, um die körperliche, geistige und finanzielle Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter zu unterstützen
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung und Koordination der regionalen Benefits-Governance-Aktivitäten, einschließlich der Umsetzung von Richtlinien und der damit verbundenen Prozesse
- Sie führen die Country Benefits Leads fachlich und disziplinarisch und agieren als Coach und Mentor für Ihr Team
- Sie steuern und koordinieren die Beziehungen zu Anbietern von Benefits, einschließlich Versicherern, Anbietern von Altersvorsorgeplänen und Partnern für Wellbeing-Programme
- Sie sind für Ausgestaltung und Abschluss von Verträgen und Dienstleistungsvereinbarungen zuständig, um Kosteneffizienz und Qualität der Dienstleistungen zu gewährleisten (für diejenigen auf Zonen-/Regionalebene)
- Sie informieren sich über die lokalen und regionalen Gesetze und Vorschriften in Bezug auf Benefits & Pensions an Arbeitnehmer und stellen die Compliance der Programme mit den geltenden Vorschriften sicher
- Sie fördern des Mitarbeiterengagement durch proaktive Initiativen, die die Mitarbeiter dabei unterstützen, fundierte Entscheidungen hinsichtlich ihrer Benefits zu treffen
- Sie treiben Digitalisierungsaktivitäten in Ihrer Region voran
- Sie analysieren Daten zu Leistungen, Nutzung und Kosten, um Trends und Möglichkeiten für Programmerweiterungen oder Kostensenkungen zu identifizieren
- Sie entwickeln und verwalten des Budgets für Benefits-Leistungen in der Region EMEA, um kosteneffiziente und nachhaltige Benefits-Programme zu gewährleisten
- Sie fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner für die regionale Personal
- und Finanzleitung sowie die Zonenleitung in Benefits-Themen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Kollegen/innen in anderen Regionen zusammen, um die globale Ausrichtung und Konsistenz von Benefits-Programmen und -Richtlinien sicherzustellen.

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss oder relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. CEBS) sind von Vorteil
- Sie haben langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Benefits & Pension, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Unternehmen mit Erfahrung mit Leistungen in der EMEA-Region
- Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnis der EMEA-Vorschriften und Markt
