Provide stellar assistance, handle queries about products, overcome technical challenges, and keep our customer satisfaction soaring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer guidance on orders, payments, refunds, account management, and other e-commerce activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware use.
- Maintain data integrity in the customer relationship management systems.
- Be adaptable to changes and actively participate in team brainstorming for continuous improvement.

**Your Skill Set Includes**:

- Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in customer support is desirable, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, providing coverage when customers need you most, even on some holidays.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the company.
