We are offering a great work experience to work in Portugal for a role as a **Dutch Customer Advisor (remote from Lisbon area and part-time possible)**

**How your day-to-day in this role would look like**:

- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Point of contact for external sellers
- Provide information about digital products
- Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Language Maestro: Fluent in Dutch, good English
- Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
- Good computer skills
