**Job Description and Requirements**
- The Senior Business Analyst will support a wide range of business processes and assist in creating models and reports to continually access business initiatives. The role provides a great opportunity to develop knowledge of the Synopsys Business Model and strategy and an excellent opportunity to collaborate with various cross-functional groups to accomplish project goals.
- **Main responsibilities**:

- Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Gathers, analyses, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trends future requirements and improve processes.
- Work with a broad range of stakeholders across Synopsys, to develop a global view of the business, and provide analysis and insights that impact the decision-making.

We are looking for people with the following requirements:

- Bachelor's/Masters’ degree in Finance, Economy, Management, Accounting, Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in Finance or related areas
- Strong Data analytics skills with ability to work with large data sets and proficiency in financial software (SAP, BI, Salesforce, Data Visualization tools).
- Good understanding of main accounting principles and the dynamics between P&L, Backlog analysis among other concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work independently as well as in a team, collaborate with stakeholders and drive accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, able to quickly adapt and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and C2 level of English (Proficient).
