Commercial Intelligence Lead

**Função e responsabilidades**
- Supervisão e gestão das equipas de desenvolvimento, responsáveis pelas aplicações de CRM e Marketing/Comercial Intelligence.
- Colaboração com as áreas de negócio para identificação de novas soluções e melhorias no âmbito das aplicações da área.
- Colaboração com as diferentes áreas técnicas para facilitar e desbloquear dependências no âmbito do processo de desenvolvimento.
- Supervisionar o processo de desenvolvimento de forma a garantir prazos, custos e qualidade da solução a entregar.
- Acompanhamento dos vários membros da equipa garantido a evolução e o crescimento profissional de cada um.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência na liderança de equipas de desenvolvimento de software (+ de 7 anos).
- Sólidos conhecimentos de gestão de projetos.
- Conhecimentos funcionais nas áreas de CRM e Commercial Intelligence e de soluções de mercado nessas áreas.
- Privilegia-se conhecimentos em SAS e Salesforce e Adobe.
- Experiência na utilização de ferramentas como Jira e Confluence.
- Capacidade de análise, espírito crítico e construtivo com foco na inovação, boa capacidade de organização, autonomia e proatividade.
- Facilidade na comunicação interpessoal e colaboração com equipas multi-disciplinares.
- Boa compreensão da língua inglesa, o espanhol é uma vantagem.
