A Vertex - Agência de Emprego está neste momento a recrutar Customer Care Export (M/F) para empresa cliente na zona de Cantanhede.
**Funções**:
- Registo de encomendas;
- Comunicação com os clientes;
- Organização dos processos de Exportação assegurando o cumprimento da legislação associada;
- Controlo da documentação associada aos processos que gere, assegurando o cumprimento das regras internas e legislação aplicável;
- Colaborar na manutenção e atualização do sistema da qualidade e segurança alimentar;
- Assegurar o cumprimento de todas as boas práticas associadas ao processo, de forma a garantir o cumprimento de todos os requisitos dos mesmos;
- Apoio nas atividades de fecho de mês do Departamento;
- Outras atividades associadas ao setor de Customer Service.
**Requisitos**:
- Conhecimentos e experiência na área de Exportação;
- Domínio da língua Inglesa e Francesa;
- Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas básicas de informática;
- Facilidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Sentido de responsabilidade;
- Disponibilidade e capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão;
- Orientação para obtenção de resultados, racionalidade e criação de valor;
- Capacidade de comunicação e organização;
- Capacidade participativa e inovadora, assegurando a melhoria contínua dos processos;
- Responsabilidade e Assiduidade;
- Disponibilidade imediata.
**Oferta**:
- Contrato de Trabalho com a Vertex;
- Possibilidade de integração na empresa cliente.
