**LISBON**

Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano

**ROLE**

As a People Development Specialist, you will be part of the Global Development Programs Team, identifying Development needs, designing and delivering learning and development solutions, experiences, and initiatives to support our FARFETCH Group. You'll be an ambassador for FARFETCH and our values, acting with integrity and enjoying the innovation and new challenges you’ll face along this way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contribute to the planning, strategy, design, content creation, and facilitation of Development workshops and programs such as Career Development, Onboarding, Core Competencies, Teamwork, and other key programs/competencies across group companies for our people to thrive
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and taskforces
- Actively engage with internal stakeholders including development partnering, digital development, and business leaders to understand development needs and measure the impact of initiatives
- Keep abreast of people development research, trends, and best practices in order to bring this into the program design and execution
- Partner with Farfetch Group companies as required to support their development initiatives & needs
- Be a technical expert in Workday Learning and other digital learning tools (e.g. Udemy)
- Tracking, reporting, and measuring the impact of development initiatives
- Continuously looks for ways to improve our people experience and drive business results with Development initiatives, helping us to amaze our internal customers

WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about People Development and driving positive behavioral change to support our FARFETCH Group employees to own their careers and thrive;
- Experienced with many of the following: needs analysis, program design, project management and delivery, organizational psychology, brain-friendly learning, neuroscience of learning/change, organizational development, adult learning theory, Workday Learning, instructional design, evaluation, and impact assessment
- A facilitator expert and have an engaging approach
- Confident working with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Organized and detail-oriented and deliver work to a high standard
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- A professional with a Growth Mindset - being a habitual learner, and a role model in personal development, you approach navigating change, complexity, and ambiguity with agility and a ‘can learn’ attitude, seeing challenges as development opportunities;
