**Your role**:
The Business Developer Manager is part of the Capgemini Engineering Portugal sales team. This position is responsible for the department's external engagement activities and for coordinating business development efforts to capture research and innovation projects co-funded by clients, Group entities and institutional organisations. The aim of this role is to ensure the sustainability and growth of the department, as well as to increase the external perception of the people working in the department and the activities they carry out.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage and develop a strategic Perimeter / Sector;
- Manage a business plan and forecast;
- Build a solid and long-standing customer relationship;
- Work with the solution & engineering team to develop and maintain a business ;
- Build the business case for customers while ensuring a profitable business;
- Develop and Maintain Customer satisfaction.

**You Profile**:

- Master’s degree in engineering school;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, business;
- development, or delivery roles;
- Proficiency in Software Engineering, with expertise in Digital & Cloud solutions and/or Embedded Systems;
- Experience in sectors such as Telecom, Automotive, Industry, Energy & Electronics, and Aerospace is a strong advantage;
- Strong competencies in Business Analysis, with the ability to navigate complex sales negotiations (e.g., make/buy analysis, service catalog, etc.);
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture business relationships, building trust and intimacy with clients.
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in French is a valuable asset;
- Flexibility to travel on a regular basis for client meeting;
