**HR Assistant Manager (M/F) - Lisboa**:
- Cidade: LisboaO Pestana Hotel Group é o maior grupo hoteleiro multinacional de origem portuguesa, com mais de 100 Hotéis e Pousadas e presente em 16 países.
**PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS**:
- Análise de dados e produção de relatórios relacionados com temas de RH;
- Gerir a matriz de compensação e benefícios e garantir o seu alinhamento com a cultura organizacional;
- Benchmarking salarial e outros sistemas de benefícios;
- Assegurar a conformidade entre as políticas de compensação e a legislação em vigor;
- Apoio a processos de auditoria externa/ interna;
**QUEM PROCURAMOS**:
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Recursos Humanos ou semelhante;
- Experiência profissional anterior em recursos humanos e/ou Payroll;
- Bons conhecimentos de legislação Laboral;
- Conhecimentos de Excel Avançado;
- Capacidade analítica;
- Bons Conhecimentos de inglês;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal.
