**A NOS encontra-se a recrutar para a função de Project Manager para a área da Market and Customer Intelligence.**

**O que esperamos de ti**
- Participação na gestão de projetos com impacto transversal e transformacional na empresa, focados em oportunidades estratégicas de melhoria de experiência de cliente e de eficiência operacional;
- Impacto no processo de transformação estratégico da Empresa, quer ao nível da construção teórica, quer ao nível da implementação;
- Participação ao nível da concetualização, desenvolvimento e implementação de projetos analíticos que agreguem valor de competências de Big Data e Business Sense;
- Adoção da metodologia Agile nos projetos assumindo o papel de Product Owner;
- Acompanhamento das iniciativas identificando oportunidades de melhoria para maximização de impacto;
- Apresentação e comunicação de resultados a diferentes stakeholders internos.

**Quem procuramos**
- Formação académica superior em Economia, Gestão ou Engenharia;
- Até 4 anos de experiência profissional;
- Elevado foco analítico, competências fortes na estruturação dos problemas em blocos lógicos e no levantamento de hipóteses de partida;
- Elevado nível de dinamismo e espírito de iniciativa;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e de tradução de conceitos complexos em linguagem simples;
- Capacidade de trabalho com equipas multidisciplinares num ambiente de negócio;
- Orientação aos resultados e à concretização.
