We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at Erakulis, you will be responsible for managing and growing a network of fitness, nutrition and mental balance professionals and influencers. You will serve as the main point of contact for understanding their needs, addressing their objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and negotation skills and a proven track record in sales.

**Requirements**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Help to build a strong network of fitness, nutrition, and mental balance profissionals and influencers that will collaborate with the Company
- Manage and develop relationships with the network of fitness, nutrition, and mental balance profissionals and influencers
- Understand its needs and objectives, and propose customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services according to business plans and overall strategic goals.
- Monitor key account metrics, track partners satisfaction and engagement, adressing any issues or concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on account status and growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a key account management role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
