Omnichannel Archetype 2 & 3 Lead (M/F/d), Belux, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Ireland

The preferred location of this role is in Portugal, Lisbon.

HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS

We are seeking a seasoned senior leader with cross country leadership experience and strong track record in commercial/marketing to lead the Western Cluster Omnichannel team for the archetype 2-3 markets (Belux, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Ireland). The Head of Omnichannel will lead a diverse team across 5 markets to drive excellence in omnichannel marketing & customer engagement and serves as bridge between Global / CMO / CO strategy to local execution.

As a Head of Omnichannel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing teams delivering omnichannel excellence execution, marketing technology optimization and implementing comprehensive local marketing strategies in close co-operation with CoLab, CMO, CO and Country Managers across 5 cluster markets. As a Head of Omnichannel for archetype 2-3 markets you will play crucial leadership role in transforming physician-driven markets with an evolving digital tendency GTMx towards omnichannel excellence by leveraging country agnostic agile resource management and enhanced omnichannel capabilities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Core components:
- Lead Omnichannel Excellence Execution and Operational teams serving as bridge between Global / CMO / CO strategy to local execution.- Lead cross country Omnichannel launch excellence and build Omnichannel capability across markets.- Develop Omnichannel plan and strategy, evaluate current assets and future opportunities to ensure optimal omnichannel experience for the respective Countries in key insights and partnering across teams to ensure a cohesive plan.- Responsible for holistic omnichannel impact to markets financial performance for key brands and launches under omnichannel approach.- Ensure local CoLab optimization and marketing transformation acceleration across markets.- Deliver value in for our customers through optimized omnichannel customer journey and experience.- Optimize resources and drives synergies with-in cluster omnichannel operations.- Lead and influence the ways of working by collaborating with cross-functional partners to monitor KPIs and performance, rapidly adjusting engagement approach based on new insights.- Enable data and insight-based decision making for market investments through data quality enhancement and clear analytical measuring (KPI’s, ROI) in close co-operation with global analytics & Insights team and local Customer facing teams.- Lead key omnichannel activation prioritizations and strategic decisions as part of collaboration with Global/ Regional Team while striving to achieve internal processes that accurately reflect activation opportunity and providing the necessary analysis and support for business needs.- Work in close conjunction with analytics team to establish defining KPIs and other marketing performance measures.- Spearhead additional innovative channels based on uncovered community insights and needs.- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend adjustments to strategy/tactics as needed.- Offer leadership, mentorship and guidance to team members, instilling excitement and motivation for development of high performing teams.- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance.

WHAT WE EXPECT- Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Technology, or a related field.- Experience working across diverse customers, communities and Countries is a preference.- Senior leadership of country/region as a BU Head, Regional Brand Leader or similar roles and experience of influencing senior leaders.- Senior Level executive presence and ability to manage senior internal stakeholders (CMO, CO, Country managers)- Demonstrated successful track record in managing cross country teams both directly and in matrix is a preference.- Broad knowledge and experience of the of pharmaceutical business and key drivers in Europe and passion for modern marketing approaches and technologies is a preference.- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and build agile teams.- Ability to lead in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.- Collaborative mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English.
