O nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional especializada na produção de medicamentos genéricos de alta qualidade e reconhecida pelo compromisso com a inovação e pela ampla gama de produtos, desempenhando um papel crucial no fornecimento de soluções acessíveis e eficazes para a saúde global.
Encontra-se, neste momento em processo de identificação de um Business Unit Manager que, reportando ao Diretor Comercial Ibérico, será responsável pela liderança de uma unidade de negócio que se encontra em franco crescimento e que tem a sua atividade centrada na visita médica, trabalhando um portfolio de produtos de medicamentos genéricos com marca, dedicando-se a especialidades como Psiquiatria, Neurologia, Cardiologia, Urologia, bem como, com menor incidência, ao canal farmácia.

O **Business Unit Manager** que procuramos deverá ter o seguinte perfil:

- ** Licenciatura **em Ciências da Saúde, Gestão, Economia ou Marketing (será sempre valorizada formação complementar em Marketing e Vendas).
- Experiência mínima de **3 anos numa função similar** num **laboratório farmacêutico, na área de medicamentos e do canal médico**, bem como com experiência na **gestão de Marketing e Vendas**.
- Será valorizado conhecimento do canal farmácia.
- Excelente **capacidade de liderança** e **motivação** de equipas, sendo capaz de **inspirar, persuadir e guiar** de forma positiva os seus colaboradores, mantendo sempre a coerência entre o discurso e as ações.
- Forte **orientação para resultados** e **cumprimento de objetivos**, bem como elevada capacidade analítica e espírito crítico.
- Elevada **capacidade de comunicação**, excelentes habilidades para estabelecer **relações interpessoais e interdepartamentais**, bem como iniciativa, criatividade, flexibilidade e capacidade para se adaptar à mudança e a diferentes interlocutores, tanto internos como externos.
- Fluente na língua espanhola.
- Domine o Microsoft Office (especialmente, Excel) e ferramentas de análises de vendas.
**Principais responsabilidades**
Como Business Unit Manager, as suas responsabilidades incluirão:
- Definição da estratégia comercial: desenvolver uma estratégia alinhada com as metas da empresa, identificando ações concretas e objetivos.
- Assegurar cumprimento de planos, implementar decisões e garantir eficácia das ações.
- Liderança de equipa de Marketing e Vendas: atribuição de tarefas, definição de objetivos e desenvolvimento de competências para crescimento.
- Desenvolvimento de canais de comunicação: estruturar canais eficazes de comunicação, visando a partilha e troca de ideias.
- Monitorização de indicadores de desempenho: implementar sistemas de monitorização para avaliar o desempenho da equipa e dos projetos.
- Inovação e adaptação ao mercado: estar atento a mudanças, inovar estratégias e adaptar-se a desafios de forma a garantir a competitividade.
